One of my lifetime goals is to visit all 50 states and as many countries in the world as possible. I also make a practice to get a magnet from each state or country I have visited (* driving through a state, landing in an airport temporarily or while on transit doesn’t count as a visit in my eyes).
I am just above the halfway mark: 26 states visited.

That’s AWESOME! Where do you find this stuff, Foo Man? Very, very cool. I’ll have to be posting mine soon. Your list and my list together cover the country with the exception of Alabama, Louisiana and Arkansas. From what Mr. F. says, I may never make it to those places. Is there anything interesting in Arkansas, really? (oh, p.s. with the Dakotas — I’ve thankfully missed them, as well.)

Local Girl: no problem with the blog thing, hope everything is ok now and glad you are back blogging again.
Mr. Fab: The only thing good about Alabama is The Robert Trent Golf Trail — for golfers out there like me. Either than that there is nothing.
Angela: Glad you like the map thingy! I have no interest in going to Louisiana, Arkansas, North Dakota and Alaska but may have to if I want to visit all 50 states! South Dakota has Mount Rushmore so it might make the visit a little less boring.
