That’s interesting. A whole new brew. Who knew?
That’s kinda funny that they’d call it the Pike Place Roast. somehow I always associate Pike Place with flying fish, so it doesn’t exactly appeal to me. LOL But I guess when it comes to seattle it’s pike place. :D

It would be interesting to hear where they came up with the name. It’s not bad a name though — could be worse.

Well, Pike Place Market is where they began in Seattle, so I’m pretty sure that’s where they got the name :P
