Through heavy criticism and controversy, Fox News Channel’s Shepard Smith has just said the network’s parent, News Corp., has cancelled publication of the O.J. Simpson book If I Did It and the related Fox TV special (supposedly to be aired on Nov 27 and 28). Good for them, at least they came to their senses — the sleazy low life shouldn’t be allowed to profit from this.

    Wow! Power to the people!
Why did they think that was a good idea anyway? (rollingg eyes)

    Be safe…

I think it was all a bit of a conspiracy so that in essence, Simpson would confess to having done the deed.

Good for Fox. They should never have supported it in the first place..

This is good news, however, it’s only a matter of time that someone else will pick up the book and the interview idea. Hell, I bet O.J. could just release it on his own.

Oh well, I really don’t like Fox, but this is a good move for them.

Some smart person must have been behind that decision. Good for them.

I agree. He shouldn’t be able to benefit, but I guess he can hang on to the millions he got in advance… Bugger!

Know what - his book should have been re-titled ‘ When I did it’ not ‘If I did it’. I followed the trial very closely some 12 years ago and OJ really had some stroke of good luck when he was acquitted. It just shows what money can buy - freedom with good legal representation.

Fancy trying to profit from this again and haven’t we already heard enough??? It’s just like rubbing it in one’s face all over again. I can almost hear him chanting ‘na-na-na-na-na - can’t get me if you tried!’

great news - don’t let this DEVIL profit anymore and please don’t re-open old wounds.
