[...] He will always be a winner in my mind, a guy that showed that nothing is impossible … regardless of how hard things were and how with difficult situations he was faced on and off the court. I am especially happy that he was given a standing ovation and cheers from his fellow players when he walked into the locker room after his last match. James Blake also paid classy tribute by wearing a similiar bright tennis outfit in his tennis match i.e. that of what Andre used to wear in the late 80s. [...]

Yeh, good for him for putting his family first though! Maybe he'll make a come-back when his baby's a bit older.

Oh and I meant to mention that someone offered Steffi and Agassi big bucks to train their kid in tennis or something like that. Technically their kids have as much chance at being as talented as their parents at tennis as any kid does. They are likely to be above average though.

What is this, his third retirement. He's a good bloke, he has character and tenacity without infamy (unlike McEnroe and the short-lived number one career of Lleyton Hewitt).

[Aside] Ahem, misaprostrophication! =P
