I actually wrote about Bookmooch last year and have been meaning to try it out. However, it’s one of those things that didn’t get done.
Doing a clean out of the house this summer, we found a lot of things (junk) we’ll either throw out or donate. J and I have several books we have just put up on Bookmooch in the last few days. If you want them, feel free to mooch ‘em. Help me get the books of my hands! It’s free and shipping is on me (USA only).
Order it from the bookmooch site (my display name there is “The Foo”) so that I get points for giving it away. For every book I give away, I get to choose another book from their huge library of used books. Someone just requested one of my books, so I’m off to a good start.
More books to be put up soon — I’ll keep you updated. Any questions, let me know or if you don’t know what I am talking about in “mooch’ing”, read my blog article here.
Being a big John Grisham fan, I can’t wait to get a copy of his first non-fiction book - The Innocent Man: Murder and Injustice in a Small Town, an exploration of small town justice gone terribly awry, is his most extraordinary legal thriller yet. It goes onsale October 10th, 2006.
