Michael Robertson (entrepreneur and founder of the 4 successful internet/ software companies Linspire, MP3tunes, SIPphone, and REEF) has offered Floyd Landis (the 2006 Tour de France winner) $100K to take a polygraph test that would cover the 2006 Tour de France and his alleged use of banned drugs leading up to and during the event.
